When you create an account we ask for your name, phone number and email so we can recognize you at the counter and credit your visits. You may optionally share a birthday (month and day only) for name-day treats. As you use the Coven we record your punch card progress, tarot cards collected, constellation stars, sabbat candles, gathering check-ins and event RSVPs.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not track you across other apps or websites. There are no third-party ads here and never will be.
We send texts or emails only with your explicit consent, and we keep a record of that consent as the law requires. Every message includes a way to stop receiving them, and you can withdraw consent at any time at the counter or by writing to us.
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember small preferences, such as dismissing the home screen banner. No advertising or cross-site cookies.
To fix bugs we may briefly record technical details about how a page behaved on your device, such as screen size and browser type. These reports never include your messages or your identity.
You can delete your account at any time from the Coven home page. Deletion removes your name, phone, email and sign-in. Anonymized visit records remain in the cafe's bookkeeping, and consent records are retained as legally required. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
