Nu Tauri

Unnamed, known by its Bayer letter. It stands at about 4° Gemini (tropical).

A faint marker on the forward part of the Bull, near the neck.

Nu Tauri is a white star on the western side of the figure, set among the fainter stars that fill out the Bull's head and neck below the bright face. It shines steadily at modest brightness with no notable variation. Little traditional lore attaches to this star.
