Zeta Cygni

Unnamed, known by its Bayer letter. It stands at about 1° Pisces (tropical).

A star of the trailing wing, near the Swan's back feathers.

Zeta Cygni lies along the eastern wing of the Swan, a yellow giant of modest brightness set between Deneb and the wingtip. It carries no traditional name and little lore. Its place is simply in the spread of the wing as the great bird flies down the Milky Way.
